Hello, I’m Maite Cano and I teach yoga in Marbella with Maytra. My classes grow from a simple idea: yoga should adapt to each person, not the other way round.
That’s why I teach small groups, use props and bring yoga wherever you need it: the studio, your home or your event.
A relaxed, personal approach. No rush, impossible poses or miraculous promises. Just breathing, movement and rest.

A very special class, at Chiringuito Los Tonys
This video is from one of my favourite classes: an English-language class held at Chiringuito Los Tonys in Marbella, with our toes in the sand and the sound of the sea in the background.
We finished the day the way it deserved: a brunch by the sea. Outdoor yoga, good company and good food. A unique experience I recommend you try at least once.
